Our July meetup will be held on July 10 at The Flagship from 6:00 to 7:30pm, and will feature Mannie Schumpert as our speaker.
An Introduction to LESS CSS
LESS is a dynamic stylesheet language which extends CSS with dynamic behavior such as variables, mixins, operations and functions. LESS runs on both the client-side (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and server-side, with Node.js and Rhino. This topic is a bit advanced and some design and/or development experience may be required.
Our Speaker
Mannie Schumpert is a web designer who primarily develops sites utilizing WordPress as a content management system. A lifelong Charlestonian who transitioned from a career as a music producer, he now works exclusively on the web, freelancing for small businesses and voraciously studying new front-end web technologies.
